Anti-Harassment Policy
Dentoki has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and any violation will result in swift and appropriate action.

Definition of Harassment:
Harassment is any behavior that is unwanted, offensive, or threatens an individual's safety. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Verbal abuse, insults, or derogatory comments based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected status
  • Physical violence or threats of violence
  • Unwanted physical contact or advances
  • Displaying or distributing offensive material
  • Stalking or harassing behavior
Expectations of Attendee Behavior:
All attendees at our events are expected to adhere to this policy and maintain a professional, respectful, and harassment-free environment. Any behavior that violates this policy will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the event or legal consequences.

Reporting Procedure:
If you have experienced or witnessed any inappropriate behaviour while attending Dentoki events, please report it to us by approaching anyone in a staff t.shirt or emailing support@dentoki.com. Every incident reported will be taken seriously and dealt with in the strictest confidence.

Confidentiality:
Reports of harassment will be kept confidential to the extent possible, but please be aware that a thorough investigation may require sharing information with certain individuals.

Consequences for Attendees:
Consequences for attendees who violate this policy may include, but are not limited to: verbal warning, ejection from the event, and legal consequences. The severity of the consequence will be determined by the nature and severity of the behavior and the attendee's previous behavior at our events. This policy applies to all attendees at our events including, sponsors, exhibitors, companies and attendees and is in addition to any other event policies that may apply.
