ADHESIVE RESTORATIVE SOLUTIONS
Adhesive esthetic restorations have a prevalent part in modern conservative dentistry in the posterior sectors, to be update in our profession.
The purpose of this course is to show indicatioons, problems, material, tools and operative procedures of adhesive posterior restorations with indirect technique step by step.

CLINICAL OUTCOME
This course is extremely complete with its theoretical part supported by a bibliography and by a large number of case clinical history with the help of Full-HD video and with its practical part which is performed by the referee on a patient and by the attending people on extracted theet.

The end goal is to provide all the partecipants with a rigorous method, codified so as to be repetable and predictable to obtain the best clinical results in the clinical daily routine.

SOLUTIONS BOOK (INCLUDED)
This work, composed of two volumes, explains in detail the reconstruction of posterior teeth using direct and indirect adhesive restorative techniques. The first volume describes the pathogenesis and diagnosis of the main pathologies, the composite and adhesive materials, the required instruments, illustrates direct adhesive techniques, and analyzes all possible restorative options for problems related to small, medium and large carious lesions. The second volume focuses on indirect techniques, where it describes the current options, but also explains in detail the innovative morphology-based preparation technique, applicable to all types of conventional adhesive cemented restorations.

Day 2 - Hands-on

  • Full-HD VIDEO about 2 subgingival ceramic Overlays: surgical and restorative procedures
  • Full HD video about surgical crown lengthening with intrasurgical build-up for a composite onlay until cementation: step by step procedures
Execution of the restorations by the participants on extracted theet or on resin theet and then check by the referee, who will provide eventually some improvements.
INDIRECT ADHESIVE RESTORATION (Onlay, Overlay):
  • Opening of a wide cavity
  • Assessment of the remaining thickness and reduction of not properly supported cusps
  • Adhesive Composite Build-up
  • Preparation and finishing of the cavity, according to new MDPT
  • Definitive impression with elastomers
