Dentoki Motion Project
When should I receive my access?
You will receive your private access (login/password) by email from Dentoki within 24 hours after registration.
How can I watch the course/season I registered for?
Each individual course page contains a button "Watch the course". Simply click on this button, enter your access data and you will be redirected to the private course page for watching the episodes.
When will my access start working and when will it finish?
Once you join our project for the very first time you will receive a permanent access to your private account. The content of the course/season you have registered for will appear available for watching in your private account according to the schedule mentioned on each course page. Such content will remain available for watching and re-watching at any time with no limits until the season ends. We will send you a reminder by email after each episode becomes released.
What to do if I did not receive any email within 24 hours after registration?
The email with your access should be in your SPAM folder then. Anyway, you can easily request another email on our website. Just click on the "Watch the course" button and use the "forgot password" option. Please enter the same email which you used for registration. You should immediately receive another automatic email from our system with your private access. If you still don't receive any email from us - you just probably made a mistake in your email address when doing registration. In this case please contact us using our online chat on the website or by email: support@dentoki.com. We will find you in the registration database by your name and will fix this immediately.
Where can I watch the episodes?
You can watch the episodes on our website in your private account using most of your electronic devices including computers, but the project is recommended especially for mobile devices such as laptops, iPads and smartphones just because it is so easy. Unlike long webinars the Dentoki project is all about short episodes which can be easily watched anywhere or "on the go".
Can I send a question to the speaker?
Yes! During the season dates you can send questions to the speaker using a special Form on each speaker's course page. The speaker will be getting questions during the season and will answer them in the last Q&A episode. Please make sure to send your questions before the Q&A episode release date. The speaker will do his/her best to answer most of the questions, but we can not guarantee that all the questions will be answered.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you want to cancel and refund your membership for a course/season before the day this course/season starts, you are eligible for a refund. We are sorry to hear that you changed your mind. To process your refund, please submit a request here with the following details:
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Transaction ID number (located on your receipt from our ticketing service Fienta)
  • Name of the course/season you'd like refunded
If the course/season has already started, we can not provide a refund.
