Yes. If you want to cancel and refund your membership for a course/season before the day this course/season starts, you are eligible for a refund. We are sorry to hear that you changed your mind. To process your refund, please submit a request here
with the following details:
- Email address associated with your account
- Transaction ID number (located on your receipt from our ticketing service Fienta)
- Name of the course/season you'd like refunded
If the course/season has already started, we can not provide a refund.
